Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to reservations, payments and participation in sailing and yachting courses provided by StormJib Sailing Academy at Lipno.

Scope of Services

• StormJib Sailing Academy provides sailing courses, yacht training and related services according to the confirmed course description.
• The exact date, meeting point, scope of practical training and organisational instructions are confirmed during the booking process or in direct communication with the customer.

Reservation and Contract Formation

• A reservation becomes effective once StormJib Sailing Academy confirms the date and allocates the agreed payment or deposit.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details and for notifying StormJib Sailing Academy of relevant health or safety circumstances before the course starts.

Prices, Payment and Cancellation

• The prices valid at the time of booking or individually confirmed by StormJib Sailing Academy apply. Payment, deposit, cancellation and refund rules are described in the Payment Terms.
• If changes are required due to weather, safety, official restrictions or operational reasons, StormJib Sailing Academy will, where possible, offer an alternative date or another reasonable solution.

Safety and Participation

• Participants must follow the instructions of the skipper or instructor during practical training. Safety rules always take priority over the planned programme.
• StormJib Sailing Academy may refuse or interrupt participation if a participant’s conduct puts safety, equipment or other participants at risk.
