1. How to pay

Courses are paid in advance — either as a deposit or in full. We accept the following payment methods:

2. Payment deadline

A booking must be paid within 2 hours of creation. If payment is not received within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and release the slot for another participant.

3. Deposit or full payment?

For standard courses in the Czech Republic (Sailing Principles, Safety on the Water, Racing Sailing, VMP S, VMP M) we require full payment in advance at the time of booking. For the Ocean Passage course (individually negotiated), the deposit amount and balance due date are agreed individually when the booking is confirmed.

4. VAT and proof of payment

We are not VAT-registered. Prices shown on the website are therefore final — no VAT is added. After receiving payment we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. A simplified tax receipt is available on request.

5. Online payments — Comgate

Online payments on our website and in the booking system are processed by the payment gateway Comgate, a.s.

The Comgate gateway supports payment by bank button (direct transfer from internet or mobile banking) and QR payment. The bank-button payment flow: the customer selects their bank, logs in to internet or mobile banking and confirms the pre-filled payment order. Payment is secure — it takes place entirely within your bank's environment.

6. Refunds

The conditions for refunds upon cancellation are set out in the Terms & Conditions (Cancellation section). Refunds are made by the same method used for the original payment — to the card or by bank transfer — within 14 days of cancellation confirmation.
